Laura Stapleton, BVMS MSc CertAVP (VD) MRCVS
Laura graduated from Murdoch University in Western Australia in 2008. Since then, Laura has worked in first opinion practice both in private practice and at a university. Laura completed a Masters in infectious diseases and epidemiology and has a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice which focused on dermatology.  Laura loves being a GP vet and really enjoys medicine, especially dermatology! She is happy to see all species from bunnies to Border Collies.  When not working, Laura loves to get lost on the hills, enjoys travelling and exploring different countries and cultures and trying new foods. 

Jonathan Niccol, BVSc MRCVS
Since qualifying as a veterinarian in 1999, Jonathan successfully owned and led multiple Vets for Pets practices. Over the years, his experience has allowed him to build high-performing teams and deliver top-tier veterinary care to a wide range of pets. Today, Joanthan is proud to own two practices: the award-winning Vets for Pets Worcester, which he has owned since 2010, and Vets for Pets Evesham, which he acquired in 2024. As a certified surgeon, Jonathan manages many complex surgeries. With ongoing investment in cutting-edge tools and facilities, he and his team continuously strive to provide pets with the best possible care.

Aimi Kato, BVMS MRCVS
Aimi joined the Corporate Accounts Medical Partnerships team in 2025, where she works across Europe with a primary focus on the UK market. Prior to this role, she served as a Professional Services Veterinarian, supporting veterinary practices across Northern UK and Ireland. Throughout her career, Aimi has demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development, most recently earning a Change Management certification to support business transformation and organisational change. Before joining IDEXX, she worked as a small animal clinician and completed a rotating internship at the University of Glasgow.
