In this funny, but informative 1.5-hour lecture, students explore the fundamentals of engagement and what both the employee and employer have to bring to the table to keep employees actively participating and contributing to workplace productivity.

Speaker Bio
Bash is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the Purdue University-Krannert School veterinary management program. He is a CVPM and LVT with more than 20 years of experience working in and with veterinary practices. He is a frequent contributor to Veterinary Economics, AAHA Trends, DVM 360 and is a member of the editorial advisory board for Firstline magazine and the FetchDVM360 veterinary conferences. He has been an invited speaker at all the major U.S. veterinary conferences including AVMA, AAHA, NAVC, Western, Midwest, CVC, IVECCS and international conferences like APVC, OVMA, and the Alberta VMA. He is a regular speaker at the annual VPMA Conference in Wales and addressed the Veterinary Management Association at the House of Lords, London, in June 2018.  He is a member of the VHMA AAHA, the PVMA, and founder of the NJVMA and Big Apple VMA in New York City. In 2013 he received the PVMA President’s Award for management education in the state of Pennsylvania.  He resides in New York City.
