Join us for the 2026 Regional Thought Leader Summit, a dynamic three-day experience designed to bring together innovative minds for connection, collaboration, and forward thinking discussions-all set along the scenic Charles River in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

We'll kick things off with an optional behind-the-scenes lab tour in North Grafton followed by a warm Welcome Reception on Thursday evening to reconnect and set the tone for the days ahead. Friday features a full day of engaging sessions, thoughtful dialogue, and idea-sharing, capped off with a group dinner in the evening. We'll wrap up Saturday with morning sessions, allowing for relaxed departures later in the day.

Whether you're diving deep into medical conversations, networking with peers, or enjoying the vibrant cities of Cambridge and Boston, this summit offers the perfect blend of insight, interaction, and inspiration.

If you are attending the optional reference lab tour on Thursday, April 30, you will need to arrive on Wednesday, April 29, as we will depart the hotel for the lab at 9AM.

If you are not participating in the lab tour, you may arrive any time on Thursday, April 30. Please note we will be hosting a Welcome Reception at 6:30PM on Thursday night.

9AM: Depart Kimpton Marlowe Hotel for North Grafton IDEXX Reference Lab (optional)

10AM: North Grafton Reference Lab tour (optional)

12PM: Lunch for lab tour participants

1:30PM: Transportation to Kimpton Marlowe Hotel following lunch

6:30PM: Welcome Reception at Batifol Cambridge (291 Third St, Cambridge, MA)

Friday, May 1

Breakfast and Lunch will be provided at the hotel. All meetings/sessions will be at the hotel.

8:30AM-5PM: Engaging medical sessions and group discussions will include 4 hours of CE pending RACE approval.

6:30 PM: Offsite dinner

Saturday, May 2

Breakfast and Lunch will be provided at the hotel. All meetings/sessions will be at the hotel.

8:30AM-12PM: Presentation Skills for Adult Learners

12-1PM: Departures to airport. If you wish to depart on Saturday, please schedule flights 3PM or later.
