Description:
This lecture provides a critical review of the current literature on diagnostic techniques for canine lymphoma, focusing on ancillary tests such as cytology, histopathology, immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, and PARR. Rather than ranking tests by theoretical performance alone, the presentation compares sensitivity, specificity, turnaround time, costs, and real-world practicality. The goal is to help clinicians choose the most appropriate diagnostic pathway for each patient and clinical context, avoiding both under- and over-diagnosis.
